Expands the scope of municipal plat approval requirements to include all applicable submittal documents such as construction drawings, traffic impact analysis, drainage reports, and other required permits or approvals needed to obtain a final plat

Requires municipal authorities to approve, approve with conditions, or disapprove all these documents within the existing 30-day timeline after a plat is filed

Maintains the automatic approval provision where a plat is considered approved if not disapproved within the 30-day period

Takes effect immediately upon receiving a two-thirds vote in both legislative chambers, otherwise takes effect September 1, 2025
