Expands coverage for sexual assault victims to include payment for prescribed continuing medical care related to the assault for 30 days following a forensic medical examination, including medication and medical testing

Prohibits registered sex offenders with certain convictions from providing digitally prearranged rides (rideshare services) in addition to existing prohibitions on operating buses, taxis, limousines, and amusement rides

Requires physicians and physician assistants who practice in emergency room settings to complete at least 2 hours of continuing education on trauma-informed care for sexual assault survivors, forensic evidence collection, and survivors' rights

Extends sexual assault nurse examiner certification validity from 2 years to 3 years and requires health care facilities to train contractors (not just employees) on sexual assault response

Requires county sexual assault response teams to submit biennial reports to the Sexual Assault Survivors' Task Force, with noncompliance potentially affecting eligibility for state grant funding

Allows sexual assault victims to terminate a lease within 6 months of an assault regardless of where the assault occurred, removing the previous requirement that it happen on the premises
