Adds a new statutory definition for "sanitarian in training" as an individual training in sanitary science while engaged in sanitation work

Removes the term "professional" from the sanitarian registration title throughout the statute, changing "professional sanitarian" to simply "sanitarian"

Establishes that individuals seeking sanitarian-in-training registration must have less than one year of full-time experience in sanitation, in addition to meeting other eligibility requirements

Expands certificate renewal requirements to apply to all certificate holders (both sanitarians and sanitarians in training), not just professional sanitarians

Changes terminology throughout the statute from "person" to "individual" to clarify that registration applies only to natural persons, effective September 1, 2025
