Maintains existing master's degree requirement for speech-language pathology licensure without a doctoral degree mandate

Moves accreditation requirements to a new subsection, requiring all qualifying degrees to be from programs accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting organization approved by the commission or department and the U.S. Secretary of Education

Takes effect September 1, 2025
