Prohibits municipalities and counties from treating condominium declarations as land subdivisions under Local Government Code Chapters 212, 232, or 242

Bars local governments from requiring preparation or submission of subdivision plats for approval when creating or altering a condominium

Maintains existing protection that local zoning, subdivision, building codes, or property use regulations cannot prohibit condominium ownership or impose unique requirements not applied to physically identical developments under other ownership forms

Applies only to condominium declarations filed for recording on or after September 1, 2025; existing condominiums remain governed by prior law
