Increases the bilingual education allotment multiplier for emergent bilingual students from 0.1 to 0.105 of the basic allotment

Raises the allotment multiplier for emergent bilingual students in dual language immersion (one-way or two-way) programs from 0.15 to 0.155 of the basic allotment

Maintains the existing 0.05 multiplier for non-emergent bilingual students participating in dual language immersion/two-way programs

Amends Section 48.105(a) of the Education Code governing Foundation School Program funding calculations

Effective date is September 1, 2025
