Requires voting system testing procedures to verify that each voter's precinct and ballot style on electronic poll lists matches what will be provided to them on the voting machine

Adds a new requirement for runoff primary elections specifically mandating verification that electronic poll lists contain correct political party affiliation information for each voter

Maintains existing testing requirements including casting test votes, verifying all contest positions and precincts are accurately counted, testing overvotes/undervotes, write-in votes, provisional votes, and accessibility features for disabled voters

Applies only to elections ordered on or after September 1, 2025
