Expands voter registration address confidentiality protections to include current and former county clerks, district clerks, court administration employees (court clerks, coordinators, administrators, law clerks, staff attorneys), and employees of the Office of Court Administration, along with their family members

Exempts home address, phone number, emergency contact information, and social security numbers of these newly covered employees from public records disclosure requirements under the Texas Public Information Act

Requires county and district clerks to redact protected personal information from documents posted on government websites upon request by eligible individuals

Allows covered employees and their family members to use their workplace address instead of home address on driver's licenses, with residence addresses kept confidential for official use only

Directs the Department of Public Safety to review implementation processes and submit a report with recommendations to state leadership and the Texas Judicial Council by November 1, 2026
