Preserves existing agreements entered into under the repealed subchapter before September 1, 2025, allowing them to continue in effect according to the original law's terms

Updates enterprise zone designations and reinvestment zone provisions to reflect the repeal while maintaining references to the former law for ongoing agreements

Takes effect September 1, 2025
