Requires payors to respond to document requests within 14 days of receiving the request

Releases payees from the obligation to sign ratification documents or division orders if the payor fails to respond to the document request within the required timeframe

Entitles payees to receive payment even without signing a division order if the payor fails to provide requested documents

Requires payors to include a statement describing payees' rights to request documents whenever asking a payee to ratify a lease, pooling agreement, unit designation, or sign a division order
