Establishes tiered additional compensation for local administrative district judges: 3% salary supplement for counties with 3-4 district courts, 5% for counties with 5-9 courts, and 7% for counties with 10 or more courts

Provides the administrative presiding judge of the business court with a 7% additional annual salary supplement, matching the rate for the largest county administrative judges

Takes effect September 1, 2025, applying only to local administrative judges elected on or after that date
