Requires the Health and Human Services Commission to continue implementing the maternal opioid misuse model of care, subject to available funding, for pregnant women with opioid use disorder enrolled in Medicaid during prenatal and postpartum periods and their children after birth

Authorizes appropriation of money from the opioid abatement account (Section 403.505) to fund the continuation of this care model

Implementation is contingent on legislative appropriation of funds specifically for this purpose; without such appropriation, the commission may implement using other available funds but is not required to do so

Allows state agencies to delay implementation if federal waiver or authorization is needed, until such approval is granted

Takes effect September 1, 2025, with the new section expiring September 1, 2029
