Increases the criminal penalty for practicing chiropractic without a license from a Class A misdemeanor to a third-degree felony for all offenses

Eliminates the previous tiered penalty structure that only elevated the offense to a third-degree felony upon a second conviction

Maintains the provision that each day of violation constitutes a separate offense

Applies only to offenses committed on or after September 1, 2025; prior offenses remain governed by existing law
