Requires the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, in consultation with the Texas Department of Transportation, to develop a wildlife corridor action plan that recommends and prioritizes wildlife crossing projects to promote driver safety and wildlife connectivity

The plan must identify wildlife corridors, barriers to wildlife movement, high-risk vehicle collision areas, critical habitats for rare or at-risk species, migration routes for native and game species, and areas with existing human barriers like roads, dams, and pipelines

Each recommended wildlife crossing project must include a description of proposed infrastructure or mitigation techniques to meet plan goals, along with maps detailing high-priority areas

The department must submit the completed plan to the governor, lieutenant governor, and speaker of the house by December 1, 2026

The department must publish the plan on its website and provide periodic updates on implementation of recommended wildlife corridor projects, while also assisting other state agencies, political subdivisions, and federal agencies in incorporating wildlife corridors into their strategic plans
