Requires the Texas Education Agency to make student state assessment test results accessible to parents within one click from an agency-maintained website

Mandates that student identifying information needed to access assessment results must meet agency security protocols and be unique to each student

Ensures parents or guardians can access their child's test results independently without needing to obtain additional information from any third party (such as schools or districts)

Preserves existing parental right to access copies of state assessment instruments administered to their child under Section 39.023

Takes effect September 1, 2025
