Allows voters occupying a voting station to use their wireless communication device to access ballot or candidate information that was downloaded or created before entering the polling place

Maintains the general prohibition on using wireless communication devices within 100 feet of a voting station, with this new exception for voters at the voting station

Continues to prohibit recording images or sound within 100 feet of a voting station using any mechanical or electronic means

Changes required notice signage from "prohibition" to "limited use" of devices to reflect the new exception

Takes effect immediately with two-thirds legislative approval, or September 1, 2025, otherwise
