Repeals Chapter 170A of the Health and Safety Code, which contains Texas's near-total abortion ban (the "trigger law" that took effect after Roe v. Wade was overturned)

Repeals Subchapter H of Chapter 171, Health and Safety Code, which established the private civil enforcement mechanism allowing individuals to sue abortion providers (commonly known as the "Texas Heartbeat Act" or SB 8)

Repeals Section 30.022 of the Civil Practice and Remedies Code and Section 311.036 of the Government Code, which relate to abortion statute construction and enforcement

Repeals Chapter 6-1/2, Title 71 of the Revised Statutes, which contains Texas's pre-Roe criminal abortion statute from 1925

Removes the exception that prevented the Health and Human Services Commission from enforcing the heartbeat provisions, consolidating enforcement authority with the commission for remaining abortion regulations
