Includes interior cleaning work in the definition of "improvement" to real property, making it eligible for lien protections previously available only for construction, repair, landscaping, and demolition

Sets lien inception date for cleaning services at the recording date of the affidavit of lien, with priority determined by recording order among mechanic's liens

Applies only to original contracts entered into on or after September 1, 2025
