Establishes minimum staffing ratios for assisted living facilities caring for persons with Alzheimer's disease or related disorders: one nursing assistant per 7 residents during day shift, one per 9.5 residents during evening shift, and one per 17 residents during overnight shift

Requires facilities to adopt staffing policies ensuring residents' needs are met through direct care by staff, as determined by each resident's resident-centered care plan

Mandates facilities disclose their 24-hour staffing patterns to prospective residents and their families, and on the facility's website

Requires facilities to post updated 24-hour staffing patterns at least monthly in a public area readily accessible to residents, employees, and visitors

Takes effect September 1, 2025, with the Health and Human Services Commission executive commissioner required to adopt necessary minimum standards as soon as practicable
