Requires county attorneys, district attorneys, and criminal district attorneys to report information to the Texas Judicial Council on categories of criminal offenses prosecuted and the number of cases in each category

Mandates prosecuting attorneys report the number of personnel employed and whether staffing levels are sufficient to support their caseload

Requires reporting on the number of defendants released under Article 17.151 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (relating to release when charges are not timely filed)

Requires reporting on the number of electronic notices submitted to courts under Article 17.027(a)(2) regarding bail-related notifications

Texas Judicial Council must consult with the Texas District and County Attorneys Association and other interested parties when establishing reporting requirements, with the form and manner to be prescribed by September 1, 2026
