Amends Section 16.092 of the Texas Election Code to expand the grounds on which a voter may challenge another person's voter registration

Currently, a challenger must base their sworn statement on personal knowledge that the challenged voter has not met a specific registration qualification

Adds a new alternative basis allowing challenges based on "a fact not subject to reasonable dispute because the fact is generally known or can be determined from a reliable source"

Maintains the existing requirement that challengers must file a sworn statement with the registrar identifying the challenged voter and stating specific unmet qualifications

Takes effect September 1, 2025
