Requires political subdivisions (other than counties) to post election notices on their website no later than 62 days before election day, in addition to existing notice requirements

Extends the deadline for political subdivisions to deliver election notices to county clerks and voter registrars from 60 days to 75 days before election day

Expands election notice content requirements to include authorities holding nonpartisan elections, requiring them to state each office to be filled or proposition to be voted on

Applies only to elections ordered on or after the effective date of September 1, 2025
