Creates new criminal offense of "continuous driving while intoxicated" for engaging in DWI conduct two or more times within a 12-month period, classified as a third degree felony

Elevates intoxication assault (Section 49.07) to a second degree felony if the defendant has a prior conviction for any intoxication-related offense, in addition to existing enhancement for injuring first responders on duty

Elevates intoxication manslaughter (Section 49.08) to a first degree felony if the defendant has any prior intoxication-related conviction, not just when the victim is a first responder

Increases DWI with child passenger (Section 49.045) from a state jail felony to a second degree felony if the defendant has a prior intoxication offense conviction

Applies only to offenses committed on or after September 1, 2025
