Authorizes county commissioners courts to require parkland dedication from subdivision developers to provide parks, trails, or similar open-air recreational facilities for subdivision residents

Allows counties to impose a fee on subdividers as an alternative to parkland dedication, with the fee set at equivalent value to the land dedication requirement

Requires any fees collected in lieu of parkland dedication to be used by the county exclusively for parks or similar projects

Gives commissioners courts discretion to choose between land dedication or fee requirements based on the size and number of lots within each subdivision

Amends both Subchapter A (Section 232.003) and Subchapter B (Section 232.025) of the Local Government Code to apply these requirements across different county subdivision regulations
