Expands mail-in voting eligibility to include pregnant voters who will be in their second or third trimester on election day

Extends the existing childbirth-related mail voting provision from three weeks to four weeks before or after the expected due date

Amends Section 82.002 of the Texas Election Code, changing the section heading from "Disability or Confinement for Childbirth" to "Disability or Other Physical Condition"

Effective date is September 1, 2025
