Amends Section 43.1075 of the Parks and Wildlife Code to add aoudad sheep to the list of animals that may be hunted from helicopters, alongside feral hogs and coyotes

Allows qualified landowners or their agents to contract as hunters or observers for helicopter-based hunting of aoudad sheep under permits issued by the Parks and Wildlife Commission

Requires the Parks and Wildlife Commission to adopt or amend rules as necessary to implement the new provisions as soon as practicable after the effective date

Takes effect September 1, 2025
