Prohibits property owners' associations (POAs) from adopting or enforcing rules that prevent property owners from executing residential leases of at least six months

Prevents POAs from imposing occupancy limits on leased properties that exceed the limits established under Property Code Section 92.010

Applies to dedicatory instruments and restrictive covenants that would otherwise ban or restrict residential leasing

Takes effect immediately upon receiving two-thirds vote from both legislative chambers, otherwise becomes effective September 1, 2025
