Requires judges to disclose any contribution (monetary, gift, or in-kind) received from a party to a case they are presiding over within 5 business days of receipt

Mandates disclosures include the judge's name, position, jurisdiction, case cause number, contributor's name, their relation to the case, and contribution amount

Requires judges to provide a copy of the disclosure to all parties in the affected case within 5 business days or before the final hearing, whichever comes first

Extends disclosure requirements for 60 days after a case's final order for any contributions received from parties who were involved in that case

Designates the Texas Ethics Commission as the enforcement authority and takes effect September 1, 2025
