Creates a new military transition aid allotment under the Foundation School Program, providing school districts an annual payment equal to the basic allotment multiplied by 0.08 for each eligible student in average daily attendance

Defines eligible students as military-connected students who are in their first year of enrollment in the school district

Restricts use of allocated funds to maintaining transition programs that assist military families with relocation, enrollment, registration, records transfer, academic planning, counseling, and other support services

Requires transition programs to align with services available at Purple Star Campus designated schools

Takes effect September 1, 2025
