Validates and confirms the creation of Austin County Municipal Utility District No. 1 and all related acts and proceedings, effective as of their original dates

Specifically validates acts of temporary directors taken within five years before the Act's effective date, including orders calling for elections to confirm the district, elect permanent directors, and approve bonds and ad valorem taxes

Confirms the results of the November 2, 2021 district election, which established the district, elected five permanent directors, and approved issuance of water, sewage, drainage, and road bonds

Excludes from validation any matters currently subject to pending litigation or acts previously held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction

Takes effect immediately upon two-thirds vote of both chambers, otherwise effective September 1, 2025; passed the House 104-44 on May 7, 2025, and Senate 27-4 on May 28, 2025
