Mandates that tax-related ballot propositions be printed in mixed-case typewritten letters, except for the required "THIS IS A TAX INCREASE" header

Continues existing requirement that propositions state the specific amount or maximum tax rate of the tax or tax increase being sought

Propositions seeking only tax reductions must state the amount of tax rate reduction or the tax rate for which approval is sought

Applies to elections ordered on or after the effective date, with immediate effect if passed by two-thirds vote of both chambers, otherwise takes effect September 1, 2025
