Requires the Texas Comptroller to conduct an annual appraisal review efficiency analysis demonstrating how results from multiple property appraisal studies correlate with each other

The analysis must examine data from four different programs: the property value study, appraisal district ratio study, methods and assistance program review, and targeted appraisal review program

The comptroller must use data from at least the preceding ten years, to the extent such data is available

The comptroller must include a detailed description of the methods used to conduct the analysis and distribute copies to the governor, lieutenant governor, and all state legislators

The analysis must be posted publicly on the comptroller's website; the act takes effect January 1, 2026
