Creates a private right of action allowing users to sue social media platforms to compel removal of sexually explicit AI-generated images or videos that violate Texas Penal Code Section 21.165, with prevailing claimants able to recover court costs and reasonable attorney's fees

Expands the definition of prohibited intimate visual material under revenge porn laws (Section 21.16) to include AI-generated or computer-modified content depicting recognizable individuals based on their face, likeness, or distinguishing characteristics

Replaces the term "deep fake video" with "artificially generated image or video" in Section 21.165, broadening coverage to include still images and removing the requirement that content be "created with intent to deceive"

Expands child pornography statutes (Sections 43.26, 43.261, 43.262) to explicitly cover AI-generated depictions of minors that are either based on a recognizable actual child or virtually indistinguishable from an actual child under 18

Takes effect September 1, 2025, applying only to offenses committed and causes of action accruing on or after that date
