Amends Section 351.152 of the Tax Code to expand the list of municipalities eligible to use hotel occupancy tax revenue for hotel and convention center projects

Adds a new category (Subdivision 69) for municipalities with populations between 240,000 and 270,000 that border a man-made lake with a surface area exceeding 20,000 acres

The bill maintains all 64 existing municipality categories based on various geographic, demographic, and landmark-based criteria (such as proximity to rivers, lakes, state parks, universities, and international borders)

Takes effect immediately upon receiving a two-thirds vote from both legislative chambers, otherwise becomes effective September 1, 2025
