Amends Section 301.027 of the Property Code to expand the definition of discrimination in real estate brokerage services

Prohibits denying access to or membership in multiple-listing services, real estate brokers' organizations, or other related facilities based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin

Defines the initiation of an ethics complaint against a person for speech involving matters of public concern or religion as a form of discrimination in membership terms and conditions

Applies only to complaints filed with the Texas Workforce Commission civil rights division on or after the effective date

Takes effect September 1, 2025
