Requires the presiding judge to designate a single point of entry door at polling places, with the 100-foot electioneering restriction measured only from that designated door rather than from any door voters may enter

Creates a new criminal offense for any person who prohibits electioneering outside the 100-foot restricted zone, including on the premises of buildings where polling places are located

Applies the same single-door measurement standard to restrictions on wearing political badges, insignia, or emblems near polling places

Extends the single-entry point provision to early voting polling places during early voting periods

Takes effect September 1, 2025
