Establishes the Children's Theatre Accessibility Advancement Grant Program to be administered by the Texas Commission on the Arts

Grants are available only to nonprofit corporations in good standing that demonstrate a legitimate need for funding

Grant funds may only be used for expenses that increase physical accessibility of theater facilities for individuals with disabilities

Priority given to applicants that partner with school districts or charter schools to provide free performances and educational opportunities to children

Priority also given to theaters offering creative process opportunities (acting, set design, production) for children with disabilities

Commission on the Arts must adopt implementation rules no later than September 1, 2026, with the act taking effect September 1, 2025
