Expands the Westwood Magnolia Parkway Improvement District's authority to enter interlocal agreements with local governments to include administration and operation of county assistance districts

Allows the district to administer county assistance districts located in counties where any part of the improvement district is located and where the commissioners court serves as the governing body

Permits the district to be considered a municipality under Chapter 387 of the Local Government Code for purposes of administering county assistance districts

Specifies that payment provisions for improvement projects, facilities, services, or equipment apply to agreements under subsections (a)(1) or (a)(2), with payments coming from hotel occupancy tax revenue or other available funds

Takes effect September 1, 2025
