Excluded property owners remain obligated to pay their pro rata share of the district's existing indebtedness, with the district continuing to levy and collect debt service taxes at the same rate as other district property until that share is paid in full

Exclusion orders must be recorded in Harris County real property records, and excluded property loses entitlement to district services once removed

Rights of existing bondholders are protected, and the district may issue previously voter-approved but unissued bonds without holding a new election after property exclusion

All previous governmental acts and proceedings of the district are validated and confirmed, except matters held invalid by final court judgment
