Creates a new annual excess gross weight permit allowing farm tractors with agricultural accessories to operate on county, farm-to-market, and ranch-to-market roads at up to 10% above the maximum allowable gross weight

Requires a $90 annual permit fee, with the farm tractor registered as a farm vehicle and the applicant designating each county where the tractor will be operated

Permit must be carried in the farm tractor during operation and does not authorize exceeding posted weight limits on bridges

Prohibits counties from requiring additional permits, fees, or licenses for farm tractor operation beyond what state law requires

Permit fees will be divided equally among designated counties and deposited into their respective county road and bridge funds, effective September 1, 2025
