Requires a single campus behavior coordinator at each school to monitor disciplinary referrals and report students who engage in terroristic threats, weapons violations, or concerning behaviors to the campus threat assessment team

Strengthens teacher authority to remove disruptive students from classrooms, allowing removal based on a single incident of unruly, disruptive, or abusive behavior, with written consent required before returning the student to class

Creates virtual expulsion programs for students expelled under certain circumstances, requiring districts to provide computer equipment and internet access, with placement reviews every 45 school days

Allows school districts to offer students access to mental health services through the Texas Child Health Access through Telemedicine program, requiring written parental consent for students under 18 before providing any mental health services or screenings
