Requires schools to designate a campus employee to coordinate supportive measures and services for impacted students immediately upon initiating an investigation, regardless of whether they participate in the investigation

Authorizes disciplinary actions including removal to a disciplinary alternative education program, mandatory prevention/education programs, increased staff monitoring, and ongoing investigations for retaliation or new incidents

Requires school districts to post information on their website and provide written notice annually to students and parents about available support services for victims of such misconduct, effective for the 2025-2026 school year
