Requires mandatory disclosure of the sales price on any recorded instrument conveying commercial or industrial real property sold under a contract

Prohibits filing or recording conveyance instruments for commercial/industrial property with county clerk's office unless the sales price is disclosed

Imposes a civil penalty on purchasers who violate the disclosure requirement equal to 5% of the property's sales price

Authorizes the attorney general, county attorney, or district attorney to bring suit to recover the civil penalty

Exempts instruments that convey only mineral interests in real property from the disclosure requirement

Takes effect September 1, 2025
