Allows election authorities to extend the early voting period beyond the standard fourth day before election day, for any number of consecutive days up to and including the day before election day

Requires at least 12 hours of voting on any weekday or Saturday during an extended early voting period, and at least 5 hours on any Sunday

Mandates that voter registrar offices remain open during all hours the main early voting polling place is open, removing previous limitations that only required this during extended or weekend hours

Maintains existing requirements for primary and general elections to conduct voting on the last Saturday (at least 12 hours between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.) and last Sunday (at least 6 hours between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m.) of the early voting period

Adjusts ballot counting rules so that in counties with 100,000+ population, early voting ballots cannot be counted until polls close on the fourth day before election day, with ballots cast during any extended period not counted until that extended period ends
