Requires instruction for students in grades 4-6 to be age-appropriate, prohibit graphic images or descriptions of injuries, and have a behavioral health professional present during the training

Expands required training recipients to include armed security officers required at campuses under Section 37.0814, in addition to school peace officers and resource officers

Adds emergency alerting devices to required bleeding control station supplies; these devices automatically send location information to 911 centers, school resource officers, and emergency personnel when the station case is opened

Prohibits instruction on proper chest seal placement from being provided to students; applies beginning with the 2025-2026 school year
