Provides civil liability protection to businesses that allow licensed concealed handgun carriers to enter their premises with weapons

Businesses cannot be held liable solely for permitting a license holder to lawfully carry a concealed handgun on the property

Absence of a "30.06" notice (the sign prohibiting concealed carry) is sufficient to constitute allowing entry by license holders with concealed handguns

Applies only to causes of action that accrue on or after September 1, 2025; prior incidents remain governed by existing law

Amends Chapter 95A of the Civil Practice and Remedies Code by adding Section 95A.0002
