Requires public institutions of higher education in Texas to print the National Sexual Assault Hotline contact information on student identification cards, in addition to the already-required National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and Crisis Text Line information

Amends Section 51.91941 of the Education Code to expand mandatory student ID card information from suicide prevention resources to include sexual assault resources

Maintains optional information that may be printed on student IDs, including campus police/security contacts, campus health clinic contacts, and local suicide prevention hotlines

Applies only to student identification cards issued on or after the effective date of the Act

Takes effect immediately upon receiving two-thirds vote from both legislative chambers, otherwise takes effect September 1, 2025
