Sets a minimum confinement of 180 days for Class A misdemeanor offenses committed on public transit vehicles

First degree felony offenses are exempt from the penalty enhancement since they already carry maximum punishment

Defines covered vehicles as buses, railcars, rolling stock, or other vehicles used for mass transit purposes; takes effect September 1, 2025
