Requires entities that own or control polling place buildings to allow persons electioneering outside the restricted election area to use building facilities available to voters and election officials, including bathrooms

Electioneers using these facilities may not bring political signs or literature inside the restricted electioneering area (typically within 100 feet of polling place entrances)

Electioneers must cover or remove any political logos or messaging before entering the restricted area around the polling location

Secretary of State must adopt rules implementing these requirements for both Election Day polling places and early voting locations

Effective date: September 1, 2025
