Adds a new exemption from jury service for crime victims or close relatives of deceased crime victims who previously testified in court proceedings related to the offense

Exemption applies only if the person would suffer severe anxiety or post-traumatic stress as a result of attending a court proceeding

Definitions for "victim" and "close relative of a deceased victim" are based on existing definitions in Article 56A.001 of the Code of Criminal Procedure

Applies only to persons summoned for jury service on or after September 1, 2025

Amends Section 62.106(a) of the Government Code to add this as the 10th category of jury service exemption
